If you have decided that you are hooked on but you still feel a little less than comfortable about tackling a large project, you can find local training classes more easily today than every before.
You can start by looking at large stores such as Home Depot or Lowes. When you walk into the store, there is often a board with announcements about upcoming classes and training on various topics.
If you can’t find it, just ask the store manager or the customer service department.

Another great way to get training is to find a friend or family member who has the knowledge you need and offer to buy them dinner or pay them if they will help you with your project and give you some tips.
If your friend will not take payment, get them a gift certificate to their favorite local restaurant or a gift certificate to a store, hardware store or other store of their choice.
